The Precision Sails Standard for Quality requires all of our sails and custom products to go through an intensive quality control check in both design and production stages to ensure your sail is exactly as designed. This process involves checking measurements, quality of material, and hardware for the high quality we strive to produce.


The Precision Sails Rock-Solid Warranty

All of our Dacron and Laminate sails are monitored for defects in design, craftsmanship, shape-holding, and performance. In the unlikely event that a warranty is required, we will work with you to either repair your sail or make you a new sail.


Global Shipping and Service

Precision Sails works with local lofts near your home or your destination to make sure we are able to provide coverage in the event something goes wrong. Global shipping means you can get your sail wherever you are, and in the case of a replacement, your new sail will arrive safely and quickly.

Please note that coverage of warranty shipping is limited to the price of shipping from the initial delivery address. Any additional fees incurred in shipping due to change in location of your vessel will not be covered.

On-Time Delivery

Delivery typically takes place up to 5 to 7 weeks after confirmation of measurements, depending on cloth and seasonal demands. We work hard to ensure you get your sail within the stated time frame as indicated on your invoice. Please note that special order cloth, hardware, or order promotions may increase the delivery time. Speak with a sail consultant if you have questions about our current turn-around times or if you need your sail in a rush.
