Return Shipping Policy
If a case is deemed necessary, we will ask for you to ship the sail back for us to inspect it. Your RAN (Return-Authorization-Number) must be visible on the outside of the box. All returned sails must be kept clean and maintained. Sails shipped without a RAN or that are not clean will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.
Please contact us before attempting to return an item. Returns will not be accepted unless you have first received a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN please contact us by calling 888-958-5638. If there is a problem with one of your sails we will be happy to help fix the issue. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis. All returned sails must be kept clean and maintained.
All approved refunds are subject to return via original payment method.

How do you service sails remotely?
By partnering with local lofts near you or your destination we can perform servicing and repairs almost anywhere.
How do I make a warranty claim?
First, collect information on the issue (description, videos, photos). Then fill out the form below or call us at 1-888-958-5638 and include a description of the event, and weather conditions. Please provide a photo of the damaged/faulty component. While we look into and start a warranty case please collect as many photos, videos or other information you think will be helpful.
Why can it take up to 48hours to hear back on my claim?
While mistakes don't happen often we want to make sure we can provide as professional, fast, and helpful service that we can. Once your claim has been received we will liaison between the production loft, designer, and head of quality control to determine the best course of action. This can take up to 48hours as arranging communication between these parties can be difficult during peak seasons, moreover, we want to be able to contact you with a solution when we do.
I have already made a warranty claim, how can I check its status?
You can check the status of your claim by filling out the form below and referencing your claim number.
What things do you need for a warranty claim?
We need a description of the events leading the issue, weather conditions, and a photo of the issue. We may ask for particular measurements or photographs if deemed necessary for a case.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we do. Please note: many countries charge customs and VAT tax. This will only be calculated and applied once your sail has shipped.
Are there any issues shipping globally or to a yacht-in-transit?
Delays caused by customs or yacht-in-transit shipping can be frequent so we recommend placing your order well before your deadline. Please read our shipping terms and conditions for more information.
Are graphics (logos, insignia, sail numbers) covered?
Yes. All graphics have a limited one year coverage period.
Are battens covered?
Yes, battens are covered under your sails warranty. Please note: lost battens will not be replaced without a service fee.
Do you recut sails?
We do not recut sails. Remakes are made anew to ensure we do not miss any critical details. Our warranty can cover so much because we want to take care of you.
How is it determined if a remake is approved?
Our production manager, designer, and shipping coordinator will investigate each case to determine the fastest, and best way to resolve it.
Why is there only a one year warranty on acrylic and dacron UV protection
UV Protection is designed to be sacrificed to the weather instead of your sail making it very difficult to warranty after one year.
Why can a remake take up to three weeks?
Remaking a sail can take up to three weeks to re-measure, design, produce, and ship. In the case of a remake, you may use the existing sail until the new one ships.
