Global Shipping and Service
Worldwide shipping is available on all products. If we are shipping your sail to your destination or a yacht-in-transit please note that Precision Sails is not held responsible for delays, missed weather windows, or missed opportunities caused by miscommunication on the client’s part, change of address, shipping delays, customs delays, or acts of God. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Be aware that there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on your shipping destination value-added tax (VAT) customs fees may apply. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the invoice. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Shipping Policy
If a case is deemed necessary, we will ask for you to ship the sail back for us to inspect it. Your RAN (Return-Authorization-Number) must be visible on the outside of the box. All returned sails must be kept clean and maintained. Sails shipped without a RAN or that are not clean will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.
Please contact us before attempting to return an item. Returns will not be accepted unless you have first received a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN please contact us by phone, 888-958-5638. If there is a problem with one of your sails we will be happy to help resolve the issue. Returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All returned sails must be kept clean and maintained in order to complete the return process.
All approved refunds are subject to return via original payment method.
How do I make a warranty claim?

- First, collect information on the issue including description, videos, and photos. The more information provided the better.
- There are two options to further communication, you can call us at 1-888-958-5638 or email email@example.com and include a description of the event, and weather conditions.
- Please provide a photo of the damaged/faulty component. While we look into the issue and start a warranty case please collect as many photos, videos or other information you think will be helpful.

Yes, we ship world wide. Precision Sails utilizes the world’s leading shipping and logistics companies through out the world to ensure that we can safely deliver sails where ever your adventures may have led you to.
Are there any issues shipping globally or to a yacht-in-transit?
Delays caused by customs or yacht-in-transit shipping can be frequent so we recommend placing your order well before your deadline. Please read our shipping terms and conditions for more information.
