The Precision 600 Series, is engineered for blue water vessels, sailing in the Caribbean, high UV areas, and sailors undertaking serious offshore voyages. The 600 Series is a complete construction package that begins with all the features of our premium Navigator Package (such as radial corners, triple stitching, premium leech lines…) and then adds a new layer of exclusive upgrades.

The sail is constructed from Challenge Sailcloth’s ‘Fastnet’ Dacron, a material proven in the most grueling conditions imaginable. As the cloth of choice for the Clipper Round the World Race, Fastnet is designed to perform and last for over 60,000 miles without professional maintenance crews.

Duracote-Coated Heavy Gauge Thread: We use a thicker gauge thread for superior strength, and then coat it with our internally-developed Duracote for the ultimate protection against UV degradation.

Extreme Batten Pocket Protection: Oversized hex reinforcement patches, extensive leather chafe guards, and webbing chafe protection along the entire pocket.

Double-Secure Batten Covers: Double velcro-secured covers with webbing trim ensure battens stay locked in, even in the most extreme conditions.

The 600 Series is a complete, ‘no-compromise’ sail package. It is not just a cloth, but a total construction bundle designed for the most demanding sailors.
