Welcome to Sail Away

Eric and Loren grew up sailing and so it was only natural that they chose to raise their family on the sea. They share their life on the ocean with their son Rivers Danger and boat dog Zeke.

The family began their live aboard life on SV Layla, a 35.5 Hunter Legend, in 2017. Two years later they chose to upgrade to SV Cecilia, a Hunter 46LE and then in 2022 the family bought a 48′ catamaran, Ophelia, as the bigger vessel provided more room and safety for their busy family.

Together this adventure seeking family has sailed the Bahamas and are working their way through the Caribbean. This couple’s mission is to “fully embrace the cruising lifestyle in the pursuit of fun, culture, sea, and bold life experiences” and Precision Sails is excited to support them!
