Welcome to Learning the Lines

Jordan and Randi, the creators of Learning the Lines, started their journey with the intention to help support others in their quest to become sailors. Their mission is to help “sailors and/or people thinking about becoming sailors watch and learn as we go from knowing very little about sailing and owning a boat to world cruisers”. Together, they have documented their sailboat renovations on Freebie, an Endeavour 32. After more than two years of upgrading and restoring Freebie to her former glory, Jordan and Randi made the amazing decision in the fall of 2020 to give her away to one of their followers and begin their third sail boat adventure. In November of 2020, Jordan and Randi welcomed their daughter, Morgan and then in August 2022 welcomed their son, Leo.
