Welcome to Ryan and Sophie Sailing

Ryan and Sophie decided to leave their lives in the  corporate world and set out for adventure on the open ocean. They are creating a life of adventures at sea and recording it for all to see. With their moto of “Follow Your Dreams”, Ryan and Sophie are living their best lives!

They had zero sailing experience and no idea what they were getting themselves into, but that didn’t stop Ryan and Sophie from making their dream a reality . With a little bit of grit, determination, and handwork, they first set sail June 5th, 2018 on Polar Seal, a Beneteau Oceanis 40, from their home port in Stockholm Sweden.

In the fall of 2022 they welcomed a new member to their crew, Barnacle,a Maltese/Poodle mix puppy and she’s quickly becoming the star of the show!
