Pete Lewis, the owner of Tahoe Sailboat Service, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the table. Growing up sailing on the Barnegat Bay in New Jersey, Pete moved to Lake Tahoe in 1996 and began teaching sailing with the Tahoe Community Sailing Program. He honed his skills as a rigger and manager at Tahoe Sailing Supply under Chris Catt from 2000 to 2008. With a degree in Engineering (BSME) from the University of Nevada, Reno, Pete also has experience in designing solar thermal and HVAC systems.

Pete’s dedication to sailing, mechanical systems, and quality craftsmanship led him to start Tahoe Sailboat Service. Known for his attention to detail, Pete ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards. His friendly customer service and deep understanding of sailboats make him an invaluable partner for Precision Sails.
