Has COVID-19 Changed Our Business? Not That Much.
The current situation with COVID-19 effects all of us. We ask that all of our sailors stay safe and positive during this turbulence and do whatever is necessary to ride out the storm.
As a digital-embracing company, we have adopted technology that allows us to communicate more freely and embrace our enthusiasm to help as many sailors as possible during this time.
Take care of yourself, your family, and friends by social distancing and wait in the knowledge that we can all make it though this together and get back out on the water.
Will There Be Any Issues Manufacturing Or Shipping My Sail?
As shipping services have shifted focus on a global scale we have experienced some slight delays. But we are happy to say we are running fully, are fully stocked of sailcloth and hardware, and are currently looking at a 4 week delivery from the design of your sail. If you have placed an order with us and are concerned about delays please reach out to our shipping department for an update. Orders that will face delays have been contacted.
Our Team Is Your Team
Our team is safely at home, working remotely but participating in online face-to-face conversations and meeting in departments throughout the day so we can be the most informed and responsive we have ever been.
Every team member is eagerly answering any calls that come in so we can have a personal conversation with the sailors we care about.
Our Sail Consultants are happy to chat by phone or virtual meeting to discuss your sailing needs and help you find the perfect sail so you can get back on the water as soon as possible.
