Your information will be kept private and will not be shared with any third parties. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Precision Sails Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Precision Sails Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Precision Sails Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Precision Sails Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term: Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Precision Sails Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Precision Sails Ltd may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Precision Sails Ltd, Precision Sails Ltd has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Precision Sails Ltd. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Precision Sails Ltd seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well, including if a specific link does not work.

Cancellation Policy

The only acceptable way to cancel an order is by calling us at 1-888-958-5638. No orders shall be cancelled via email under any circumstance.

Cancellations will be accepted with no penalty up to 24 hours after placing your order.

Once your deposit has been processed we begin the project. Your account is opened, payments are scheduled and pre-design begins prior to your final measurements being submitted. If you wish to cancel 24 hours after your order has been placed and before your measurements have been submitted there will be an administration fee of $250.00 USD.

If you wish to cancel after a design has been started there is an administration and design fee of $500.00 USD. Your design will be considered started when you have sent complete or incomplete measurements or 7 days have passed since placing your order.

If you wish to cancel after 7 Days of placing your order there will be an administration and design fee of $500.00 USD.

No cancellations will be accepted after 14 days.

Once a sail has gone to production you cannot cancel an order.

Opting Out of Email and SMS Communication
